I think Im going to bid on that instead then. If push came to shove, I could always get Arrow or the like to make me some longer ones up.

Just checked out the mini spares web page and they stock 970 S rods........at £100 each!!!!! Its got to be done though

If anyone Is interested, I know where a complete 970 S engine and gearbox are, bored plus 40", otherwise standard, It could be fore sale at the right money...
