Keep the 'thirty paint and decals, fit some deep dish (12x6?) Gold wheels... Perfect IMO!

It's true, the more you modify, the harder it will be to sell later on... but that's because you've made it special and you wouldn't want to let it go.

I wouldn't want to keep it original for the sake of resale value (rather than for historical accuracy). Don't live for others and their preference to buy an original and live for yourself, do whatever you want with it.


This is very good advice!

I really don't ever plan on selling, it's my first car so now it has sentimental value, so I aim to keep it as long as possible :)

id say modify it. No more minis are getting made so technically there all limited editions now......as for keep the actual limited editions standard and to modify sprites, mayfairs etc then eventually the non-limited editions will be the ones that are few and far between. >_< Also the great thing about mini's is that they are all unique :D
