i have a 10 inch wheel and im changing to a sparco 13 incher if you do late breaking and country lane driving fast you get railed straight o to the camber of the road as its harder to keep the wheel turned i have 175x50x13r wheels if thats any help

its your wheels that do it!

I put a small wheel on my dads mini, not sure if its 10 or 11" but does feel like a go kart, and i was worried about heavy steering due to 6x10 wheels, but it was fine at all speeds, even hammering country lanes- and i was hammering, was doing a 12car road rally :D .

It seemed fine at 60-65 when its at 70 -80 it was a little twitchy, but it hink thats mainly as its a 1976 standard (apart from stage one, wheels, and steering wheel!) 998 mini, so doesnt really love the motorways.

I've got a quickrack and a 10" wheel and over hundred it can get a lil nerve racking! You get used to it though, but I don't like going over 100/110 at all (on race tracks your honour)!

I may employ the little fins the Evo 8 has along the roof line at the back with my Clubby project to see if that improves stability at high speed.
