Just watched it and despite the cheese and some of the rubish bands etc I hav to say does make me proud to be British. Not wanting to get into any major debates about royal family tho

I'm totally with the invisible kid on this one I felt.......

Proud!!

What other nation would get the boats sailing down the thames, or torture a choir while singing in a down pour, the street parties and fete's, banners out, flags flying, weird people singing, dancing, horses, bands

No other Nation does it like we do!!!

Crazy Brits Rock!

Love Gazza Barlow's song, but even that wouldn't win us Eurovision.

Speaking of nutters, Grace Jones was the highlight tonight for me - if you didn't know she's 64!

I think it was a good watch. Wasn't up for it at first but the GF had the remote.

I am proud to be British anyway. I'm not the biggest fan of the monarchy, but I'm happy that I watched it.....I liked Grace Jones and her hula hoop too!

Thought the whole celebrations, the lighting of the beacons all around the country and the other festivities are the sort of thing this country is missing out on. A nice bit of unity! :D
