Get one of those kids bouncy unbrakeable jobbies

Great for minis, then just get the duc tape out and stick it wherever you want

Another TMF dilemma sorted :shifty:

not exactly cheep but the gopro cameras (£100-£200) are very good. they get used on top gear for mounting on cars etc and are waterproof, dustproof and generally life proof.
they also do a great selection of mounts

or if you want a small cheap camera, maplins do a few "action cameras" and little video cameras that are ok and you could probably find cheaper elsewhere

Recently bought a go-pro hero 2 myself.
not neccesarilly cheap but will let you know how it is once used on my sons helmet when riding motocross.
But google, JAMES STUART GO PRO. gives a good realistic vision.
Cost £225 from amazon however you need also to have a memory card not included but most people will have one on a didital camera anyway.

These offer amazing quality for their size and price, much cheaper if it does get lost, damaged or fall off too

I'll be the first to admit the the GoPro's are amazing, but they're a heck of a lot of money. For my latest video (shown below) I literally just used the Velcro hand strap on my normal camera, and wrapped it round the rear bumper, then to make sure that it was super secure, I smothered it in whatever I could find in the back of my mates car, in this case a load of plasters and bandages from his first aid kit. The good news is it didn't fall off! Did the same job as many of the top end mounts and stuff, but cost the price of a couple of elastoplast! Obviously I would use proper tape if I didn't it again, as that was a fairly terrible idea in hindsight, but this was a spur of the moment thing, so we used what we had :D

As for the video, it's not all shaky, so the "mounts" were doing their job nicely, but the video quality isn't great, mainly because we did it at night, so it was struggling to focus. The sound quality was fine as well. Dare I say you could have probably got a similar level of quality with a mobile phone camera? Especially the newer ones who's recording quality is well up there with the big boys! Although if you're anything like me, my phone is pretty much an extension to my hand, so I wouldn't be so willing to risk that! ;D
