they also do a great selection of mounts
or if you want a small cheap camera, maplins do a few "action cameras" and little video cameras that are ok and you could probably find cheaper elsewhere

not neccesarilly cheap but will let you know how it is once used on my sons helmet when riding motocross.
But google, JAMES STUART GO PRO. gives a good realistic vision.
Cost £225 from amazon however you need also to have a memory card not included but most people will have one on a didital camera anyway.

These offer amazing quality for their size and price, much cheaper if it does get lost, damaged or fall off too

As for the video, it's not all shaky, so the "mounts" were doing their job nicely, but the video quality isn't great, mainly because we did it at night, so it was struggling to focus. The sound quality was fine as well. Dare I say you could have probably got a similar level of quality with a mobile phone camera? Especially the newer ones who's recording quality is well up there with the big boys! Although if you're anything like me, my phone is pretty much an extension to my hand, so I wouldn't be so willing to risk that!
