Been on the phone again. If i bring it over as an unfinished project, i will be able to reduce the "current value" of the vehicle. But the registration fees will still be applicable, but only when road worthy. The only thing thats needed to go into the car to finish it is the engine, so its technically at the project stage, only problem with going the project route is the logistical pain of trailering it over an whatnot. But its something to consider.
Still no more suggestions of value, other than the 5 grand?
