I drilled holes where the vents should be on my buddies over sills and as soon as the bit got thur, water came out and the drill was covered, good thing I used an air drill and not a power drill

He always parked his mini outside and it had been raining a lot during the winter

I was gonna do the sills for him but I told him to be ready to replace a few panels as well,
So he wants to wait and just replace everything when he had the funds

I hate over sills and no matter how nice a mini is on the outside, when ever I see an oversill, it makes me wonder
What else is hidden?
