Rear valance just bolted together?, or is it bonded as well?

It's bonded them will bolt as well when the bumper is on

Nice to see it coming along, it looks lovely! Looking forward to seeing it all finished next year. Imperial blue was a good choice! Are you still planning on going the blow through supercharger route?

Yes mate still going to charge it not heard from slark though so may try to make the brackets myself
