well engine is a 1275 completly stock... but the sound is from a 427 V8 out of a shelby cobra so all u basically need to do in responce to ure questions is get a good piece of editing software lol U guys know if anyone has actually put a V8 in a mini but kept the body stock ?? cant wait to post this on some american forum lol !

And yes, there's a chap on here with a midmounted Rover V8, i think his name is (funnily enough) V8Mini!

There's also a couple of websites dedicated to front mounting Rover V8's in Clubby's, and keeping the looks almost standard, and a nutter in Belgium who built a Mini with a 5.7 Chevy lump, but that looked ANYTHING but standard

Im really wanting to start a V8 project just need the money ! The sound in the vid is great! would put a huge smilie on my face if it could sound like that all the time !
