as said...bought as an 850 auto for 50 quid three years ago from a scrapyard it now has a 1293 manual with a stage three head seam welded shell, negative camber all round, short shift rod change and a Rollcentre cage plus numerous other odds and sods i cant remember!!!
cost me 400 quid to do using mainly good second hand parts and doing all the work myself......any ideas what it might be worth??
(one previous owner, 62000 genuine miles on the bits that actually were attatched to the car originally!)

I'd say substantially more than 400 quid...

maybe 450 :D

Seriously, I think you're looking £3k or more for that, depending on the condition underneath, engine etc - but it certainly looks nice!

Minis have been going for stupid money for a while. You see naff rust buckets with tax & ticket going on autotrader & ebay for over a grand all day long! Chuck in a nice spec, and you can name your price!

nice Mini! With a full mot then you're probably looking anywhere between £1500 and £3k! it'll depend on who you sell it too! the fact that its Tax exempt does help it! :D

get an agreed insurance value! I'd work out how much it would cost you to rebuild it with brand new parts if it were written off and then add £500! Then get a local mini specialist garage or a committee member of your local mini club to verify it for you! :D

If you want an agreed value, then you need to go to a valuer approved by the insurance company you use (probably via an owners club or something). Otherwise approved value policies aren't worth toilet paper.

I'm the SMAC Club chairman and have verified Agreed values for a number of my club members! The insurance companies are quite happy! :D

Yep. but just asking on a forum, and writing down a number on a form doesn't count as a valuation! Get it done properly.
