
Does Anyone Do Metal Laser Cutting?

Only asking as I need some holes cutting for a custom switch panel I want to make :)

pretty sure it is, it'll cut up to 10mm think from what i can remember but the thinner the material the quicker and easier it cuts

instead of trying to create holes - make a box with angle & plate
the vertical gap is 30mm approx - so 30mm plate the width you want
horizontal is the width of the switches you want butted together
I left the join lines in - I like them
may put a start switch in the middle , choke & heater outside

unfortunately no i'm not, i really like the late 80's retro-cool look of the original dash and i don't want my great big ugly speakers ruining it
i set out to keep my thirty as standard looking as possible and i'd rather loose a little bit of sound quality to keep the factory fresh look of the interior

i've got a bodykit, evil eye headlight covers and alfa romeo seats!! far from standard
