the metro drive flanges (with the centre wheel centring boss machined off), a pad retaining kit (if not included in the calipers), ERA turbo caliper bolts, and 12" (or bigger) wheels if you don't already have them.

If you're fitting new hubs, you may also need/want new genuine swivel joints.

I'd make sure that the hub carriers are mini ones - early metro ones do physically fit but they mess up the suspension geometry. It can be corrected somwhat with negative camber arms (which themselves often necessitate the use of longer track rod ends) etc etc but it'll never be completely right.

If they are metro hubs included you'd save yourself a lot of hassle by getting hold of some mini disc hubs (they are different to the mini drum hubs).

You'll also need a conversion brake pipe kit.

Not easily if you fit 8.4" brake discs with either Mini or the Metro 4 pot clipers you have selected, the wheel won't clear the setup. This is why Rover changed to 12" wheels. If you fit 7.5" brake discs from a Mini Cooper S then 10" wheels will clear, alternatively you can use some after-market produced 7.9" brakes which will work with most but not all 10" wheels. These are available from most of the major Mini specialists.
