go back to the original indicators
smaller spots and over riders with coner bar
mk1 grile and surround
with a early morris badge
i think the bullet mirrors would also look good

Wing mirrors definitely, would make a big change toward the retro look.

The darker amber glass indicators, corner bars and Mabey the chrome finishing strip for the arches.

I must say that's a very nice mini as it is though.

A hornet/elf waistline chrome strip would look good, early front indicators (bee hive type rather than just the original amber ones for your year), def change the bonnet badge, a black roof maybe?

Looks great as is but there's a few things most have already been mentioned:

Mk1 grill and moustache
Austin/Morris Cooper badge bonnet strap and stick on black plate
Over riders and corner bars
Archless and skinny tyres
Mk1 bootlid
WIng Mirrors
Retro interior (cobra classics and centre speedo)
