I've got a GOBADGE. It's basically a badge holder and you use magnetic badges in the center so they are interchangeable. Iy uses a strap method to install, no screws. However I do have the Screw in type as well and it was a bugger to line up behind the grill. I'm thinking Grill buttons in the future for easier access.
