Is it worth swapping the metro turbo (log type) manifoldid for a better flowing one ?? Or does it not matter on forced induction, surely there is a few hp to be made ?

The log type manifold works better with the turbo setup. Other will work, but if you are using the Metro exhaust manifold, it's the only one that will fit.
