Pete, i have the doors still you can have a look on saturday if you like;)

Mincento, You cant really see it, but it needs too much work to go back on the road, like inner/outer sills, front floors, bulkhead, front end, door skins rear valance, scuttle, front and rear screen repairs........

Hmmmmm, did think about a trailer, may still be an option i suppose, talk to you about it on saturday pete, maybe get some ideas

It's not the doors I need as i've got fibreglass ones. It's the door frame that I may need some bits from. Pm me your address and number for Saturday and i'll ring you end of week to sort out times.

Finally got round to chopping the front off today! before pic is in the sig, this is now:

All is quiet on the project front at the moment, there has been a lack of funds!
i am now deciding on what vtec kit to use, and trying to source a cheap motor so i can trial fit things before painting.

I felt the need to do something on the mini today, to make me feel like im getting somewhere with it, so i sprayed the bulkhead in underseal. i'm hoping to flip the mini on its side somepoint so i can spray the underneath:


Oh and i took the loom out of the donor mini, god knows how im gonna re-rought it through the vtec shell?! what a task!

Did a mock up of the dash and started to drill the holes for all the ally buttons/lights:



Im gonna use the Smiths Telemetrix range of dials form Speedy Cables

Went out to play with the car again today, i filled the spare wiper holes, and started to fill and prime the scuttle panel and screen surround:







Then i had a look at the drivers side flitch panel as its been patched and only tacked in place, the a panel came off in my hand! What muppet 'Welded' that on?!!
