Hi all,

my name is Luciano and I'm from Italy.
My first memory of the mini is the central ignition switch with a glittering keyring from a family friend (I was about 3 years old). My mother also got a bertone Innocenti, and was the first car I drive (.. ehm, road closed to traffic of cours, I was 11)
Now it's my time, after some research I find a vaux engined one to transport here and refit for my needs.
Given that life repeats itselfs, not mine but for my wife - haha - but I like too much modify/repair/tune, so will be a good hobby (until my wife understand how much horses are in the front)

aha, I can imagine your wife taking it out for the first time expecting it to be a slow old car, putting her foot down and finding herself doing 60 in a matter of seconds!

Please dont tell her about the power and record the first journey!
