where was everyone ?
three minis (mine included) made it to a VERY VERY wet skipton by 1 pm & managed to get some quality chips froms bizzy lizzies !
whats your usernames (i forgot to ask !) so we can keep in touch.....
im off now to take the plug out me floor pans as the inside of my mini is like a bath !

Sorry guys it took us FOREVER to get to Skipton, evntually got there about 2.
Firstly we set off late as I needed petrol, then we had to stop on the way there as Bob needed some.
Then we got lost twice on the way there as we went on some dodgy route.
Makes us sound like right amatures this.

to be honest I think Dev saying we'd be on the A59 by 11:30 even if we set off on time was optimistic in those conditions.

Woah ed i posted up on MM that we would be on the a59 for 12!!

Yes the conditions were awful so we took forever but it wasnt a hard route mate.

I knew marc and other were waiting because tracy (in the bini) had phoned me to tell me where to meet them. Unfortunetly as i havent been able to access TMF i couldnt get numbers ala barmouth.

Next time all non MM's runners should be pm'd a number to get us on.
or try to reach us on Channel 5 for those with cb's

ps for those at manc minis who did make it jacob (tracy's little boy) thought all the minis were ace and wanted to know if next time it will be dry when we go out!!
