Ok ill do the rear subframe and leave the front they will be sent for powerdercoating after I've done the welding

Just a minor point. Making the vehicle structure stiffer NEVER degrades the handling. The idea that you need flexibility in the structure persists to an extent in the US, and we know how "well" many of their cars handle....

So if you weld either or both subframes, you may, as Cooperman has rightly pointed out, be doing something that is not necessary, and will bring no benefit, but you will not lose anything either.

I had another thought about the front subframe. If you value appearance, the partial welds around the top of the towers look ugly, and a neat continuous weld may look much neater. Personal choice of course.

i would advise reinforcing the front tie bar mounts while the subframe is out

That's a 4 mm thick piece of steel plate used to make a triangular reinforcing.
