Morning all!

Does anyone know what nuts and bolts are required to fit a new suspension system (Smootha Ride kit)?
It seems a shame to have a nice new set up but use the old fittings on it.
Any help would be great as I have tried searching but haven't found anything yet.

Cheers,

Dan

Nut and bolts? O_O
All you need is a pair of hilos (car will sit rather high with smootha ride cones) and new knucle joints..
Obviously you need a cone compression tool to remove the cones.

Yeah, the ones for the shocks primarily and if there are any others (I haven't really worked on the suspension so don't know what else there is if any).
Will the car sit higher than standard with Smootha Rides? I'm not going for a lowered look (yet haha!).
Yeah, that's not a problem.
Cheers for the quick reply :)

Well, the kit should come with almost everything you need.
Dampers come with new nylock nuts, the front upper bolt is part of the damper mounting and you cant replace the bolt itself but you can replace the whole mounting.
There is a bolt going through the upper arm connecting the damper, in case you need replacemnt i'd give minispares a call and they will be able to provide the correct bolt.
Rear dampers come complete with new bushes washers and nuts.
The arms connect to the hub via tapered balljoints, they require regular servicing/replacement and they come complete with nuts and shims.
Top arm to the subframe has some sort of bearing which need regular greasing too, theres a grease nipple in the top arm for that purpose.
Lower arm to the subframe has this pin:

And requires two rubber bushes:

Dont know if you have a tie bar kit, but its recommendable to change tie bar bushes to the subframe with part C-STR627 from minispares.

Brilliant, thanks for your help.
I will have a look at the kit when I go home later and check it out.
Thanks again,

Dan
