To all fellow mini owners!! I did this to my car a few weeks ago with "plasti dip"
I have entered my car into an online competition. Everyone else involved is American and has gone to their local car forum to gain votes for themselves! I considered this cheating and so brought it up with the administrator who said it was fine, so now I'm losing!
Please please please help me out. It will take just a couple of minutes to sign up! I'll be forever in your debt!
Here's the link

Really hope you help me.
Thanks in advance!

Salright, I will probably have joined that forum anyway as I have been looking into dipping bits of mine as well,
How is the roof lasting as my roof is carp, really dry paintjob / lacquer and was thinking of getting a vinyl roof like yours in carbon fibre as it will hide the paint job and a few shallow dents in my roof?

Yeah I had a rather bumpy roof too, it's holding up great. Nothing to complain about it's still the same as when I put it on

Might have to give it a go, how much was it in the end and does it look realistic? :) sorry about the 20 questions!

That's cool bud, I owe u one for your vote anyway! It was £35 for the sheet, and yes it does look realistic, it kind of feels like carbon too strangely enough!

It's definitely worth the £35! You'll need a heat gun/hair dryer and two more people to do a good job mind. Just watch a few YouTube vids and you'll be good to go! That's all I did!
