Just in case someone has the same problem as this in the video I had the exact same noise coming from the engine sounded like the tappets or the injectors, I fiddled with the tappers yo make sure they had the right gaps, this didn’t fix the issue, in fact the noise was coming from the joint in the exhaust between the manifold and the downpipe, tightened up the three bolts a bit more and it went right away.
