Ay up,

I've just ordered something from Minispares and noticed I didn't get my TMF+ discount, so I've come on here and discovered my profile doesn't say I am TMF+ any more.

But my subsciptions page says I'm paid up, with the next one due in a few weeks.

Any ideas what's going on?

Well thats interesting as i went to the potters bar shop today and they couldnt find my TMF+ on there database. I got the discount in the end but something must be wrong with the systems.

i had a simular thing today my TMF+ discount wasn't applied, it turned out for some reason two accounts had been set up in my name and only one had the discount applied, i spoke to simon@minispares and he sorted everything.

systems do funny things all the time and for a number of reasons but the main thing is they delt with it straight away and no fuss, they really are top class there - credit whens it due
