Phwarrr!!! :gimme:

Are the external hinges real, or are they of the stick on variety??

Real! I refused to have fake one's :P

Wow!!...... Do you have any pictures of how you did it?..... I was thinking of doing the same when I replace my A panels & door skins, but am not sure about how much strengthening of the panels is going to be involved.

Dont have any pictures im afraid! but basically theres a Mk1 inner A panel then a Mk3 outer A panel. Then just drilled through the outer panel for the screws for the hinges. The doors are also strengthened with just a sheet of metal where the hinges are placed. The doors were hung on the inner hinges whilst the process took place to make sure everything was in line. Anymore questions feel free to ask, but id have to ask my dad as he did the thinking behind it :P

Also I was originally going to buy a kit for sliding windows to make the doors lighter so I could scrap the window winders! But finding out how much they were I gave it a miss.
