decided to sell my beloved mini due to me driving so much lately and i feel bad making her do the distances so i'm buying a diesel which likes to do lots of miles.

i would like £2200 for her, but i be open to offers aslong as they are not stupid.

shes a 1990 studio 2.
41,500 miles on the clock.
stage 1 fitted. (still have the old manifold if you want to change it back?)
4 good tyres
6 months tax.
12 months MOT (this will be in a week or so. its currently booked for an MOT)

i've had no problems with the car. i've changed crap bits for newer (non rusty bits) thats about it really

the floors and boot floor is pretty much rust free. i put under body seal on it last winter and its still all in one piece.

bad points:
few cracks in the paint
CD player plays up abit.
drivers door seal needs to be replaced. (only leaks in heavy rain, but i keep my car under a shelter so it doesnt happen often)

1 thing about it is... i got crashed into in january and they were gonna repair it since it was only damage to the boot lid and a little bit of the body, so the subframe and boot floor is still good. but because i kicked up a fuss and asked them to respray the whole thing they said no and wrote it off (bit stupid of me really) so i think it may be a catagory C write off.

this was the crash

Posted Image this was the repair, its pretty much a colour match and a new non rusty bumper and bootlid etc.

sorry but i dont have many straight forward pictures of my mini lol so you'll have to get all the 'arty' type photos lol

ye you are willing to have a good look around. nothing to hide, you can lift carpets, look under the car and look for rust. but i'll let you know if someone else has bought it before you get a chance to look at it. ye i'm willing to have 2000 for her.

after crash did you get the vic done? dvla wont issue a new logbook to new keeper if the vic is outstanding.

hpi would be worth doing to find out if they did put it down as a cat c accident.

it will also appear on the next logbook after vic test stating a vic was carries out on x date etc.
