thats what i was thinking funny enough, ive just bought some new suspension in the way of kayaba gas adjust shocks, hi los, heavy duty tie rods and bushes. got a new chrome petrol cap but need the rover locking cap to fit it. there is only one thing im not to sure about and thats whether to keep the group 2's black or get them colour coded to white.

12" would be sensible as i could use 8.4" brakes, had crossed my mind, but i want to keep the 10's as i want a more period look. just need to find some s brakes then ill probably buy some nice alloy four pots.

Typing error. Sorry it was supposed to be 10 not 12. I was looking at 12s on minisports site at the time. Just ignore that previous post. by the way I think you should keep the arches black as well. Keeping the colour? You should if your going for a period look

Why thank you MMJ!!!

Yep you have to keep it on 10s as it looks the best by far!! Also keep the arches black as you will have a contrasting element with the black roof...

Chop the top off, chop 18" out the middle, fit 18" blinging alloys, as many neons as possible and don't forget to wear a Burberry cap when driving it!

10"s call for retro looks in my book. As has been said, St2s , classic 2-up-2-down spots, a mk1 grille and a change of the black seam trims (sorry, not a fan), and you're good to go!
