I would say that 115bhp+ is in the realm of fantasy !! but it depends what and where you are measuring it............. If you mean flywheel BHP then you are about right, but this would be measured on an engine dyno without transmission losses. This would translate to about something in the 90's BHP wise at the wheels, which is do-able and dependant on who's rollers and how they run them. The best thing is not to get hung-up on figures as if you tell the dyno operator you want to see 115bhp then they can make the rollers show 115bhp, if you know what I mean !!
If you are wanting something which is quick and fun, but still retaining some manors for the road then SW10 or 286 is at the top of the cam envelope. Build it well and get it set up properly and you will have a great little car.

if its a weekend warrior and some track days 7000 revs is plenty enough
so get a cam to suit that i had a vizard spv4 scatter cam once and was very good
dont expect it to last tho
and you dont need this 8000 rev stuff

I decided to go for a kent 276 for my 1293. it's got a suitable power band for a road car that should deliver a good bit of power. Haven't finished the engine yet so I can't comment on results
You will love it. Torque strong from about 2800 rpm and peak power at about 6100 rpm.
I hope so, heard mixed reviews about it but I decided t take my fathers advice and go for it.
