First, remove the neg from the battery, strip down the rear subframe and discard all fixings, remove engine from front subframe and discard, remove front subframe from body and discard, remove all interior from inside car and then remove steering column, remove headlining and discard.

You should now be able to poke your hand behind the wiper motor, pull the switch out with a wiggle and then fit the new one in the reverse order. If the dustmen have already been, go to Minispares to replace all discarded and lost parts, and the final step is to fully restore the rest of the car with all the new parts.

Job done.

Simples.

but seriously, it aint difficult, it can be done without removing the motor but it is easier to pop the motor out and literaly pop one switch out and fit the new one.

Or get a haynes manwell, its a really easy job compared to some on mini's

Ok ok, got off my interview couch and changed the park/intermitten switch...it only fakin worked....10 to 15 min job in other posts,,,,my butt about an hour faffin around
bought a new loom as others said they corrode, but with the help of a hammer a few screwdivers and a few curses (lots really) i saved the origonal block connector....
all good under the hood ;D
