Had a search but no help?

Im here and just cant see how to remove them? It looks like the front shade/surround is screwed in from the back??? Help

Seem to have done this-probs the hard way but how do i detach the speedo cable?

If you are taking just the front off, Pull! the black fascia is just clipped on the screws you see hold the clips, but give it a tug and it will come off in your hands, (ooerr matron! )
then the actual clocks have 2 screws either side fixing it to the bracket, then speedo cable squeeze the bits on the cable outer together, push the cable in a little way then with them squeezed it should pop out, then just unplug the wiring :)

To remove the whole cluster you need to undo 4 nuts in the engine bay. The instrument panel brackets bolt through the bulkhead. You will find two of them around the brake master cylinder. This will allow the cluster and its mounting bracket to come away. Carefully withdraw it and unclip the electrical connectors and speed cable. Fully removing them is a bit like a rubix puzzle to get it past the steering column but it can be done all as one.
