Hi

I have had Minis since I first started driving 23 years ago (yes I am 40). The wife and I have had at least 1 Mini at all times and at one point had 3.

The current 1 is a Cooper RSP which is in a proper mess and I as soon as I finish my other restoration I will get to it.

I am on other Mini forums so if you want to see the gruesome pics they are in the Restoration section on SMF under Black Ugly. A taster attached.

I am looking for a 1275 engine in the near future if anyone has one at a reasonable price?

Here is a pic of my last Cooper SPI.

It was a pretty good car but I was looking for an RSP at the time and this came along. The wife used it every day for quite a few years and we got back what we paid for it so it was a good buy.

I had lots of paper pics of the other minis but they have been lost in the various house moves over the years.

What about a pic of my +2? I have been restoring it slowly over the last 4 years and its all done apart from the dash wiring due to a small fire. LOL I have always had a thing for unreliable British sports cars!
