Basicity I have a bulkhead panel section with some surface rust that might clean up and be usable, but not by the normal method of wire brush and drill combo. I could remove the offending bracket to de-rust it, but then the bracket would need to be rewelded in exactly the same position. So I was wondering if there was anyone within a reasonable distance who could give this panel a tickle with a shot/sand baster in exchange for some monies/beer etc.
