Decent Mini mechanics in Wigan / Bolton / Warrington area?

I'm looking for a decent Mini tuner & mechanic in the Wigan / Bolton / Warrington area
Anyone have any idea's?

Theres a place in warrington called M&Ms which is an ok mini place, but wouldnt say its the best place in the world.

DO NOT GO TO MINI METRO! They are really really poor service and dont know what they are talking about.

North West Minis in leigh are good.

Lol, i bought an interor handle set, took me a month to get round to fit it and within two days it was peeling, was not happy.

i went there to get a quote on some body work but they just couldnt give me a streight answer. so have gone to mini sport to get the work done they seem a bit more professonal about things.

Well they filed my needle to be rich at just after idle and throught the crusing rev range, the timing was so far out that they just removed the vac advance to try and fix it, we think it was nearly at 60 deg advance it was that bad.

Generally pants and tuning, as for repairs i dont know but they are expensive for labour.

just been onto them at Leigh, they say take it to minisport and stick it on the rolling road !!!

Are there any nearer rolling roads? or is it best to take it to a mini speciallist like minisport

Place in wigan called Wigan tunining i think, never been there and there is one in warrington but i dont know the name.

mmmmm .. just wondering whether theres any benfit to go to minisport? or will any rolling road be equally as good, rather not have to travel to Padiham if I can help it.

Well minisport always deal with minis whereas others dont, however its over £100 for the tune of your engine for a 1 hour tune up.

yeah I heard it was £80 plus VAT... and any parts you need...and I'm sure they'll find something...
