You are measuring the wrong end. (see Skortchio answer)

The HIF44 does measure about 1 7/8" at the air filter end. The size is taken from the butterfly end. I think you will find this as 44mm.

i've just been reading a number of your blogs, very interesting and full of knowledge, i'll be in touch when the car's fully built and run in, would love to book one of your tunning sessions and get some stats on a rolling road.

are you going to be doing your custom needle survice at any shows in the new year? hoping to be done by then

Hi there usually only one show a year at Southern minidays!!.

I have moved to Salisbury now so Janspeed is an option for a rolling road tune with myself.

quality well i'm based near Glastonbury so salisbury is a better option for me.
