How anyone can scaremonger on about the iva, yet have a Mini with headlights that have a central beam pattern baffles me, aswell as sharp headlight 'eyebrows' - not exactly safe for pedestrians.
If the bulkhead mod is done to a good standard you should be fine :)

weber box is the best way to go, if you are dead set on a weber.
if you fit one on a swan neck however it is pointless, and as i have already said you will use ALOT MORE FUEL!!
you guys need to stop hating on someone who is trying to help, and is pointing out something that is very important!! in MOTs we do pick this up, and do check that its been tested
this is wayyyyy to late to comment, but through SMMC i had my engine tuned at 75hp with my HIFF 44 and 82hp with a swan neck'd weber 40 :) case closed
