If they are the wheels that were on the vehicle from new then no, if not then yes they are classed as a modification

Even if you mini came with steelies and you have fitted standard minilights


Don't worry, i hit 19 with 1 year on my licence and 1yr NCB and it halved, i was paying £1098 now im paying £490 TPFT this year im going fully comp and i think its gona be bout £590.



From the quote I just got off my insurance company, 20year old with 1yr NCB it only went down by a total off…






40 :thumbsup: qwid a year to just under £1000, Not :w00t: happy looks like I will be going some were else >:( .


Just tried adrianflux and the cheapest was £480 and the most expensive £700, bit more like it ;D
