i haven't, but just pull the connecting rod out between the slave and the arm, a manifold nut should be about the right size from memory for the rounded end to sit against and place into the slave cylinder just to act as a spacer making the connecting rod slightly longer.

try putting a manifold nut into the slave to act as a temp spacer on the push rod, i had to extend my push rod on my pre-verto setup to get it working.

....As above +1. You can actually tell if this is the problem by moving the dust cover away from the end of the slave cylinder and having someone push clutch down.If the piston travels so far that it hits the circlip in the slave cylinder then you've found your problem

throw on the clutch, put the nut in the slave and it solved the probllem staright away

Well, it is working temporarily, which may be for several years or more, but it is not actually fixed, because the cause of the problem has not been identified. There have been a number of very similar clutch problems recently, and it would be nice to know what is actually causing them. I suspect that some part somewhere is being machined to incorrect dimensions, and it would be nice to know which part it is.
