i would value a late mini in that condition as 3-4k

rover made so many limited editions that it doesn't really add any extra value to the car unless you find someone looking for that exact model and colour, to most people it's a nice late mini

you might see minis similar to yours for sale for more but they rarely sell

Not checked the mileage in a while, I will probably be around the early to mid 70's by now. I've seen spi's selling between 4 and 6 for real good condition ones. Some coopers and some not. I understand that's its worth what someone is willing to pay but how do you advertise to that potential buyer whith such varied opinions and valuations. I'll stick to what I was offered as a guide or somewhere in between only offers and the valuation. No offence but your opinion is only what you would pay personally which varies from person to person and doesn't really reflect the market value. the only way to really know would be to sell her but fortunatly she's not for sale. I'm happy winning shows and getting smiles.

What was the bloody point in starting the topic if you're going to criticise people who offer input? >_<

have you seen them selling for that or is that how much the hopeful owner is asking for ?

there is a topic else where on this forum and there seems to be a big gap between what people are buying minis for compared to what is being asked for them

So let me get this straight - you put up a post asking for opinions about what a car would be worth if sold, then don't want opinions and its not for sale. Am I missing something or are you looking for 'most pointless thread ever' award?

I asked for a valuation not an opinion. There's no wonder most other forums think tmf is a joke with people like some of you. I never expected people to say 12k but was miffed at a rediculous 2.5k obviously sensible isn't recognised with some of you. And if you read the thread properly you'll know why I asked for a valuation but yet again in typical tmf style you jumped the gun and started flaming people. I swear most people on here just come on to start an argument or try to belittle someone. Can a mod just delete the thread and have done with it then the morons won't have anything to moan about.
