I've only seen one topic on here that really seemed to relate to mini-inspired tattoos, and it was old so some of the pictures weren't showing. Have any of you got any?

I'm thinking of getting a tattoo on my calf similar to this, but changing the shock to a mini-style damper!

noooo, like the actual damper... like have it looking like a gaz damper maybe.

The trumpet and cone did cross my mind, but it wouldn't really be too clear as to what it was. Thought it'd mean something a bit if I changed it to be mini-related and not just any coil spring, with my mini being my first car!

a friend of mine has a cartoony picture of his own 'whaletail' spoilered mini on his forearm, nothing like what you were thinking but mini inspired none the less.. =]

Gaz make dampers for thousands of cars so it wouldn't really be for the mini.

I think a donut and trumpet would work as it gets wider as you go up your calf.

That shock tat looks awesome, I keep uhming and arring about getting a automotive themed tat, I think I will at somepoint, not sure where but something like a piston or something would be cool

That's a fair point... maybe a trumpet and a hi-lo kit? ;)

I have a pretty shockingly rubbish one that my dad did a few years ago  It depends whether I'm flexing my massively toned arm or not, but it can be a 2cv, a mini on wide 10's or a sportspack all at once!

Ill get a close pic whenever. You can just about see it here though

It's rubbish! Haha. When people comment on how rubbish it is I just say 'Yeah, It's a piece of my dad I'll get to keep forever though'. I need to get my mum to draw a Caterham on me somewhere to back this story up. :P

That's cool. I'd get a Gaz adjustable shock :P One like this, make the inside sort of hollow to show your bone as it would be in that position of your leg

Twin SU's across your upper back.
Personally think a mini tattoo should be well avoided. Let's just say that 10 years ago I loved the Impreza and 10 years before that I had a Mk1 Astra GTE. It'd be like getting a girlfriends name tattoo!

Ah yes, but at the end of the day this'd always mean something to me, as the mini is my first car, and I've wanted one as my first car since I was young.
