I'd happily do it anyway. A tattoo is a freezeframe of your life as it was when you got it, it might not have been you in the past and it might not be you in the future, but it says something about you at that time in your life and if it was significant to you then it might be something you'd prefer not to forget, or make a tribute to in permanent ink etched into your skin forever. :P

edit: I'm not getting anymore though, I'm too pathetic looking to do them justice

LOL.

I Like the Idea of Tatoo's but agree with craig. They suit the chisel'd god like hum being but not me ha.

Though the talent that goes into alot of them is very impressive.

I'd get a tattoo of a small john smith, on my john smith, to make my john smith appear bigger than it actually is.

I think this is a myth, my arms are a tad skinny for them at the moment, but there's a guy I know who's scrawny as sh*t, with half sleeves on each arm, and he really suits them. Luckily my calf's are a bit bigger due to cross-country cycling! Haha.

Twin SU's across your upper back.
Personally think a mini tattoo should be well avoided. Let's just say that 10 years ago I loved the Impreza and 10 years before that I had a Mk1 Astra GTE. It'd be like getting a girlfriends name tattoo!

Thats so true ! for my first tattoo i really really wanted this across my shoulders/top of my back (smack round the head from my uncle later i see sence :shy:) i have seen a bloke with it on his fore arm on one of the threads and at a show cant remember when or where?

Deanymini, I'm glad I wasn't the only one thinking this. The idea of a mini based tattoo is fine, I have no objections to that. But a shock absorber - I think there are many better choices than that.

To some, maybe... but a shock absorber/suspension coil on my leg would mean other things too to me; it would also kinda symbolise my love for mountain biking, motorcycles, and skating. (Skating as the calf takes the brunt of the impact! Mountain biking and motorcycles for obvious reasons.)
