Those wheels do look too far forward and if everything has been checked and is OK you need a geometry/caster check. It may be that a pair of adjustable tie bars would help, althought he suspension does alsolook to be too low, which Hi-Lo's will cure with the new knuckle joints & cups.
The caster should be about 3 to 3.5 degrees.
It may still be that the wing lip will need a bit of re-shaping, but it's only 1/2 and hour to do each side, plus removing & refiting the arch extension. It shouldn't need any re-painting in body colour as the arch extension will cover it.
Confirm that the tyres are 165/60 x 12.

Also if the back is as high as you say, there is more weight on the front..not helping
