Hi Moke Spider so if I want to put a relay between my headlight and the loom I must just slice it in?

Edit: Altough I would rather have a 4 relay / 4 Fuse setup. I.e. separate circuits for left and right, just in case one supply fails right at that blind corner.... you are left at least one-eyed rather than totally blind, if you catch my drift.

The existing wiring becomes the low voltage side .. so blue/white or blue/red to the activation coil then the other side to earth. Pins 85 & 86.

You run a new feed from the battery/fuse to the high voltage side and from there to the head or dip beam. So 30 and 87.

.... I suspect you might mean low/high current rather than voltage :)

Hi Bob

This is very interesting, is this similar to what Wired by Wilson sells?

Beardylondon,

Not sure.  From the picture on his website, Wilson's product has two relays, likely one for high beams, one for low like mine, but has 4 fuses.  Possibly has the fuses on the output side of the relay, to fuse left and right separately.  Here is a picture of my installation FYI.
