Hi anyone else going to this?

It's on June 6th... this sunday at Bath Racecourse starting at 9am.


Cowboy and I just saw it in Miniworld magazine today and since it isn't too far away are going to make a day of it with the kids. Maybe even pick up a few new shiny parts for the Minis.

Scarily enough I'm in Bath for work Monday and Tuesday after - but that means driving to and from Bath in Annie on the Sunday to return in a hire car the next day :nugget:

oooo the family and i drove down to bath to visit family yesterday, took 4hours, in a reasonably comfortable vxl astra with an average speed of 85 mph.

still planning on packing the kids up in the car for the day. it's sort of a birthday treat for Adam who is 5 on tuesday since only 1 kid out of hte 5 he invited is coming to his party ( his sister who is 4 on monday has 7 coming), but Adam likes the Mini's... starting him young. LOL :tongue:

can't decide if I want to take my mini or not though, will see in the morning.

hope to run into cooper_kev... will have to keep and eye out for other people flyering.....

we just got back from Bath, and it was a pretty good day out, even if we did catch the sun.

made me laugh when Cowboy had to park the ford quite a distance from the entrance and i was following him, but directed to park right near the entrance. was great... preferential parking for the mini's.... think it should be that way everywhere.

we spent more than we meant too though, I got new shiny wheel arches with sill covers and bumpers. Cowboy got a few bits too, but will let him tell about it. the kids were well behaved until they started to get bored, but it was hotter out than we expected so it was ok. they even got a new little car each to play with since they did behave rather well.


not much else, i'm going to have a nice cup of coffee and relax for a bit. have loads that i should have got done today, but had more fun.

Me and cooper_kev 2 had a good laugh. the camping was good as after everyon had finished there cooking it was down to getting drunk. the antics continued as we tried to play footy in the long grass and simon with his nerf missle. hopefully he will stick some pics on. but it was a great day.

I was going to go but repairs on the mini and a late night put pay to my plans. Now it seems the forum I was on when I heard about it is broken. Oh well they do this every year right, so i get another chance next summer?
