Bananas are good for you. They like chocolate spread sandwiches but they run around like loons for 30 mins after. I can't be doing with the noise.

I have three favourites:

1. Cheese and Coleslaw with Thai sweet chilli crisps

2. Cheese and Onion with Thai sweet chilli crisps

3. Free Range Egg Mayo, Thai sweet chilli crisps

(with cheese and onion crisps if I don't have any Thai sweet chilli!)

Nom nom nom nom noms

Why would you put a pie between a bun??? + how can you eat a pie filled with meat combined with chips for breakfast, the Northerners must have a stomach made of steel!??

I work with a Yorkshire guy who has a pie for breakfast and another for lunch. He cracks me up.

The carbs are not kind to his waistline.

I can imagine, it's all fat! What we typically eat for breakfast are "boterkoeken" (I don't know the English translation), which are these:

Or a jam sandwich or cornflakes... nothing fatty, just loads of sugar :P

its alot but its worth it.

Tommy-k = tomato sauce

  1. place a medium slice of bread onto a plate
  2. spread a generous layer of Tommy-k evenly
  3. spread a layer of mayo on-top of the Tommy-k
  4. finely cut up 3-4 pickled onions and scatter over slice
  5. place chilli heatwave doritos on slice -- 1 layer with all doritos placed on the slice evenly.
  6. fork on a thin layer of coleslaw
  7. add 2 slices of thin cut ham
  8. place 2nd slice of bread onto the flavoursome mound of food.
  9. crush sandwich flat with hand
  10. cut in half with a sharp knife so non of the ingredients inside the buty get snagged and dragged out
  11. enjoy!!

i invented this butty on my first day of work when i was 14. should have seen the look on the lads faces aha.

bear.
