What colour will it be.
Keep us all informed as it progresses.
I'm shortly to start on a ful resto of a 1964 850.

Thanks everyone, it will be white with a black roof but with a modern twist, I'm glint to have the black coming down to the bottom of the windows. Also black arches and I have purchased some 70's 10inch minilite alloys currently being restored in a nice silver!

Now that looks like a great project.

Really looking forward to seeing the progress and just wish I had the inspiration when I was 16.

Ah my wasted years!!!

Nice project! Are you not tempted to restore it to a more "standard" spec? The earlier minis, especially mk1, 2, and 3, are worth considerably more when restored to a more standard spec, but its your car, good luck with the build! :)

you lucky sod. ;)

personally, if i was you, id do it to standard spec or wait until you can afford to do it absolutely properly. its worth a good bit of money:P

but who am i to talk about being young and having rare / ridiculous cars!! :D
