you can fit the fiat 1.2 heads in a similar way to the BMW K1100 bike head, but its easier as the fiat is already running a belt so you don't have to chop and weld the head,
essentially you need to plug most of the head stud holes and re drill them for the fiat head, plug some oil drain holes (just tap and bung them) may have to do something with waterways (unless you dry deck). sort out a belt drive by machining some old fiat pulleys.
you can use either the 8v or 16v fiat head, but for the 16 you will have to do piston cutouts, the 8v is pretty tunable, but the 16v is a bit limited due to not being able to convert it to solid lifters so your limited to about 7-7.5k, would be a good turbo lump though... in fact its the sam head as the fiat 500 arbarth and they get 250hp+ out of them

wow so thats now the following heads that would fit a mini block be it998 or 1275

I think there is a Yamaha or Honda bike head that fits too.
