Passed one on the way home today, not far from home. I just wondered really has anyone ever picked up a hitchhiker? Do you do it on a regular basis?

I think it's generally long distance drivers that pick up hitch hikers... Truck drivers for instance...

Thats what I thought, and probably why i wouldnt pick one up, but its such a shame that its the case.
