Does anyone here play DayZ Standalone?

Haven't played it since the 5th May and before then was around Christmas time. I don't really know why but I've really gone off it for some reason. I think it's because you need to spend so much time on it.

Went mad on GTA5 when it came out but haven't played for about 6 months as i need a new 360 controller.

 

Recently found my orange box Half life 2 so installed that and had a play. Almost forgot how great it is. such a classic. Remember when i first played it, my pc only just met the minimum requirements and it was jumpy and jerky but now i can play on max settings and its perfect.

 

Right at the end of episode 2 now.

nice! never much cared for GT to be honest, always found it to be really dull and no fun. plus the damage makes the car look like its made of play-dough. but then im more of a FAST CRASH NITROUS JUMPS EXPLOSION WOOOO sort of gamer.... if you know what i mean lol

 

theyre re-releasing GTA V for ps4 soon! .... and yeah if i ever have the money for one then ill add u mate

words of truth! dunno if your referring to the proper old school ones before underground or not, because underground was just the king for me. wish i still had my ps2 haha

 

the new hot pursuit was alright, other than that theyve all been shocking since carbon.... thats why i cant wait for the crew. its going to wipe out NFS imo

Yeah I meant underground! (2 being my favourite) although Porsche challenge on PS1 was safe! Ive not heard of the crew...

i know right!? the size of the map is redonculous!! and the detail is amazing. watch some of the other demo vids. when u customize you car you can literally take off all the panels and strip the engine down and see the parts moving. so cool!... the best part is you could take (for example) a challenger, then strip it down and then build it up as a circuit race car, or build it up as something that wouldnt look out of place on the dakar rally haha.
