Did a bit more last weekend. Got the panels for it and got he front roughly fitted. Also mounted the rear sub frame properly as it was welded in at the back and we bodged the fount on with a chain so we could rag it round the yard haha. Anyway it's now nicely bolted on. The wiring loom is also now fitted.

Next on the list is fuel tank and lines.

Also need a brake master cylinder if anyone has one they want to donate/swap for beer/ sell cheap or even swap for a ago at driving this beast when it's done that would be sweet!

Let me know guys! Don't really want to spend much money it's a budget build. Currently the only thing we have bought is beer and lunch. Everything else has come for out spare parts piles.

Thanks for reading!

H John

Had the pleasure of seeing the beast the other night; what a beauty!

Let me know if you need any scrap parts, and I'll standby to do the paint job!

Ist she just! When its done you will have to come and take it for a spin! I'm sure we will need lots of parts. We are not doing too bad so far though!

I got some pics from last weekend.

Found these in the inlet manifold lol.

Sub frame off and grinding back the weld where the rear was welded on.

Posted Image

Welded on the gear selector holder thingy may bob. Its NASA approved thats how hi tech this beast is!

Posted Image

Heres the front end. Still needs a few pop rivets and maybe a be of sealant to stop to much water getting though on to the engine/carb.

Thats pretty much all we did as there was a lot of beer that needed to be drunk and a massive roast diner to destroy! YUM YUM!!!!!
