what sort of economy do you get from it?

It depends - if I'm driving normally, probably around 33 - but I like to put my foot down, so sometimes less! :D

However, my journeys aren't the best for a diesel - I live 7 minutes drive from work - so doesn't get chance to warm up. It has a couple of longer runs during the week, around 40 miles twice a week, but the economy would be loads better if it was allowed to gallop! :D

I should imagine that the MPG on the back of a tow truck will help the overall figure??

Oh god that is nice...

We almost bought a 156 JTD tourer, it had a full tan leather interior, was lovely, but once it got past a grand on eBay we stopped bidding :P

Beautiful Sportwagon! What is it? 1.9?

I go love the grey! :)

I need some bigger wheels on it, are yours the 18? Was looking at the 19" ti wheels, but not keen on the lack of tyre choice.

Yep, it's a 1.9. I would have liked to have got a 2.4 but do quite a high annual mileage and the better economy gives me a bit more cash to spend on the Minis. I'm getting an easy 45mpg at the moment and that's not exactly driving like a grandad! The wheels are the 18's, I really liked the look of that particular style of wheel and only looked at cars that had them fitted!! Next job is to get a removable towbar so I can pull my car trailer. I can't stop driving past plate glass windows at the moment, it is such a good looking car...

Sadly, the Brera isn't practical enough for me! I like the flexibility of carrying lots of random stuff and still have a gorgeous car! :D

Uh oh! What happened?

I live in Malvern, but take the car to Simply Alfas in Lye. I just jump on the train when I leave it there. Takes about 35 mins to get there, but definitely worth it! :)
